The Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating!!! A hot tub would have been a welcome addition after skiing!!! The noise from adjacent rooms made relaxation difficult!!! Showers need better functionality to truly enjoy. !!!

Exceptional Ski-in/Ski-out Experience
The ski-in/ski-out access was incredible, allowing us to hit the slopes directly from the hotel with ease. The shuttle service was remarkable, providing us with timely rides into town whenever we needed, which made exploring the area seamless. Although the hallway noise could be distracting at times, the charming decor and atmosphere definitely made up for it.

The staff were exceptional, especially Hermano and Salvatore, making our holiday enjoyable. The ski in / ski out access was superb for a quick run to the slopes. We loved the mountain view from our room, providing a stunning backdrop every morning.

Perfectly located for skiing, just steps from the piste! The shuttle service to town is a lifesaver, especially after a long day on the slopes. Cozy lounge and bar area were great for unwinding post-ski.
The soundproofing could use some work. I heard every sneeze from next door! Plus, the wifi was slower than a tortoise in a marathon.
